Youth event on the topic of Diaspora youth for inclusive decision
making and global citizenship took place in Tunisia

MEDITERRANEAN UNIVERSITY ON YOUTH AND GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP (MEDUNI) is a huge youth event that is organised annually and is bringing togegher various organisations working in the field under the different program that goes independently from each other but at the same time they have common cross-agenda too.


In this programme orgnisers provided capacity building and networking opportunities bridging institutional representatives, youthrelated structures and youth organisations, to increase youth participation and interregional cooperation on youth policies.


This time event brought together 398 participants youth workers, youth representatives, policy makers, institutional representatives, international organisations, academia and researchers from the Euro-Mediterranean region and from 60 nationalities. It took place in  Hammamet, Tunisia on 9-16 June, 2019.


During the project, 11 activities and a joint programme organised in cooperation with partner organisations promoting access to justice and allowing for synergies and cooperation in the region


Representative of Umbrella - Slava Mezhdoyan took part in the program Diaspora youth for inclusive decision making and global citizenship organised by North-South Centre (NSC).
